📑 Important: Compliance Document Upload
To secure your Federal Battery Rebate, we need your compliance documents.
When you signed your solar battery order proposal, you should have received an email prompting you to upload the following:
- A full copy of your electricity bill
- A clear photo of your electricity meter box interior
- A photo of your solar inverter compliance plate (only if you already have an existing solar system installed)
⚠️ Please note: If these documents are missing or incorrect, your installation scheduling will be delayed.
👉 Action Required:
Upload your compliance documents now to avoid delays.
Here are some common mistakes we’ve seen:
- Uploading incomplete or blurry photos
- Providing only the summary page of the bill instead of the full document
- Uploading a meter photo that doesn’t show the serial number clearly
